What is burnout syndrome?
One of the biggest disasters of recent years is depression..
According to WHO forecasts, in 2020, depression will take the second place after CVD.
Therefore, a more detailed study of this global problem is one of the urgent issues. Scientists predict the spread of depression in the form of an epidemic in the near future.

Chronic fatigue syndrome or exhaustion syndrome is often called the main cause of depression. The term in medicine ("burn out") was introduced by the American psychoanalyst X. Freudenberg. Long-term, unresolved stress plays the main role in the development of the syndrome. Because of the serious complications of the syndrome, WHO considers stress to be one of the main problems of the 21st century.
Another psychological cause of the syndrome is high demands on people, constant pressure and an excessively competitive environment. These factors force the patient to work without rest, to devote himself to this activity; they continue to work actively even at home. When they do not receive the necessary assessment of their work, their self-confidence decreases, their internal balance is disturbed and a psychological crisis is inevitable. Patients prone to burnout are primarily doctors, teachers, managers and company executives, drivers, pilots and machinists, as well as electronics and computer technicians.
Burnout syndrome goes through 7 phases in its development. In the first phase, patients show a very high level of activity and willpower: they easily cope with the most difficult tasks.
In the second phase, having not received the necessary assessment, they cool down to work and withdraw into themselves.
In the third phase, emotional exhaustion, fatigue, lack of energy, anxiety, nervousness, impatience, loss of self-confidence, feelings of worthlessness, sensitivity to criticism, difficulties in making decisions, feelings of lethargy, emptiness and meaninglessness, hopelessness and 2 types of reactions can be observed: depressive (self-accusation) or aggressive (sees all the fault in others, reacts angrily to every irritation). Until now, the development of the syndrome is relatively secretive.
Starting with the fourth phase, changes in the psychological state and performance, for example, errors in work, lateness, delays in work, etc., are already manifested.
In the fifth phase, the environment loses all meaning for him, mental symptoms are accompanied by physical (somatic) symptoms, including chronic, severe headaches, insomnia, pain of unknown origin that covers the whole body, recurrent infections, gastrointestinal complaints.
In the sixth phase, physical symptoms disappear, in the sixth phase, physical symptoms come to the fore, in addition to the listed symptoms, symptoms from the cardiovascular system are added, metabolic disorders arise.
The seventh phase is characterized by loneliness and isolation from the environment, complete hopelessness, depression, loneliness.
Treatment of this pathological syndrome that affects the whole person - both the body and the soul, with traditional medicine, does not give extreme results; in addition to the dependence on the chemical substances used, they also have serious side effects.
Biological treatment methods (bioregulatory preparations, orthomolecular preparations...) allow to eliminate the causes and consequences of wasting syndrome effectively and without toxic effects.

Treatment methods cover various aspects depending on the phase. First of all, the patient should be motivated to change his lifestyle and spend more time with himself and his family. Normalize sleep and food regime. Non-medicinal methods are widely used, such as normalization of sleep and diet, walks in the fresh air, walks in nature, active sports, yoga, meditation.

Neurexan and Valerianaheel (anxiety, insomnia) are the basic drugs of therapy in the initial stages. Since the whole body is affected, replacement therapy with vitamins and trace elements (vit. B6, B12, C, D, Zn, Mg) should be carried out. Due to the increase in markers of oxidative stress during the burnout syndrome, high doses of vitamin C - an antioxidant such as Pascorbin 7.5 g are used to counteract the increased level of free radicals.
Nervoheel is expediently used for self-isolation, severe depression (fourth phase).
In recent years, it has been proven that dysfunction in mitochondria (nitrostress caused by an excess of nitric oxide and its metabolites) causes energy deficit in the early stages of the syndrome. Coenzyme compositum and Ubichinon compositum biocatalysts are used to restore the energy balance.

Tissue acidosis, which is observed in any phase, can be eliminated by switching to an alkaline diet (mainly vegetables) and taking an alkaline mixture "Alkala H" - 1 tbsp. Dissolve the powder in warm water and drink it 2 hours before eating. Timely treatment with the means of biological medicine, its methods and preparations has a good therapeutic effect due to the activation of the body's self-regulation mechanisms and preparations
