Marketer and Sales Manager
A Marketer and Sales Manager is wanted for the German pharmaceutical company Heel, which is part of the "PLANETA" pharmaceutical company.

Requirements
• Higher education (medical field);
• At least 3 years of work experience in a similar field (pharmacy);
• High level knowledge of English or German languages;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (high knowledge of Excel);
• Ability to manage through a strong team;
• Ability to work in tense working conditions;
• Customer orientation, individual approach ability;
• Communication and sales skills;
• Analytical thinking, analysis, attentiveness;
Responsibilities
• Planning work related to sales and marketing research, organization and execution of research in that direction;
•Advertising and marketing of medicines of the German Heel pharmaceutical company;
• Regulating and coordinating the work of regional sales representatives;
• Researching the market, competitors, conducting analyzes and determining demand;
• Determining the company's advertising and promotional needs;
• Implementation of the sales process and management of customer relations;
• Expanding the customer base;
• Supervision of the work of the marketing department;
• Preparation of reports on the monthly sales of representatives, informing the management about the defects and taking the necessary measures;
